Confirm this directly with Air China Cargo before booking, since airline practice sometimes runs broader than a policy's stated scope.
Turkish Airlines
Dubai to Istanbul on Turkish's dense daily schedule, connecting to a Turkish Airlines or MIAT Mongolian Airlines service on to Ulaanbaatar. Cabin pets under 8kg; brachycephalic breeds excluded from cabin and hold since October 2021. Turkish's well-publicised refusal to carry pets is specific to UK-connected flights and doesn't extend to this Gulf routing.
