Ghana's Veterinary Services Department quotes 72 working hours to issue an import permit. For dogs, that only happens once negative test results and vaccination records are in. Laboratory reports last 31 days, and only originals are accepted. Switzerland sets no export permit, so Ghana's rules decide what your vet certifies.
