NVWA export health certificate from the Netherlands
For Uganda, a non-EU destination, the Dutch EU pet passport does not apply. The required document is an official health certificate from an NVWA-authorised official veterinarian (Officieel Dierenarts), endorsed by the NVWA.
Book a pre-export examination with an NVWA-authorised vet in the Netherlands. They check the ISO microchip, vaccination status, and general health, then issue the export certificate. NVWA endorsement follows. The endorsed certificate must be issued within 10 days of travel.
