Required. Namibia doesn't appear on MOCCAE's roughly 50-country low-risk list, so a rabies antibody titre test at an accredited laboratory applies, minimum result 0.5 IU/ml. There's no fixed wait after the blood draw; the result itself, valid 365 days provided vaccination stays current, is what MOCCAE checks. Minimum import age from this category of origin is 15 weeks.
