Jamaica's EU Group 2 listing under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1130 waives the titre test for entry into the EU. That is an entirely separate rule from MOCCAE's own risk list, and it does not apply to the UAE. Travellers heading to Dubai or Abu Dhabi still need the titre test.
As with other unlisted-country routes into the UAE, there is no fixed 90-day wait after the blood draw. MOCCAE checks the result and its 365-day validity, not the calendar.
The MOCCAE import permit expires after 90 days from issue. A slipped travel date means reapplying.
The London connection adds real transit time. Confirm crate specifications separately with British Airways and Emirates SkyCargo before booking, since each carrier applies its own checks at its own leg.
