Turkey requires a veterinary health certificate issued by an official vet in your country of origin, endorsed by that country’s national authority. A microchip and current rabies vaccination are mandatory. Turkey is not an EU member, so EU Pet Passports are not sufficient without additional documentation. Check current requirements with the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry before travel.
