About PetTransportGlobal

We started PetTransportGlobal because international pet relocation is genuinely complicated, and most of the information online is either out of date, incomplete, or written by people who have never actually shipped an animal.

Every country has its own import rules. Quarantine requirements change. Airlines update their breed policies. A health certificate that was valid last year may now need a different format. For a family relocating internationally, trying to navigate this alone is stressful and mistakes are expensive.

What We Do

We coordinate the full process of moving dogs and cats across international borders, from the first paperwork appointment with your vet to your pet arriving safely at the other end.

That includes:

  • Identifying the exact documents required by your destination country, in the correct format
  • Confirming your pet’s vaccination and titre test status against the destination’s import rules
  • Booking IATA-compliant travel with airlines that accept your pet and your breed
  • Arranging quarantine stays where required (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and others)
  • Handling endorsements and government veterinarian sign-offs

We work with the official government import regulations directly: the Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF), UK’s Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA), the US Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA APHIS), the EU’s TRACES system, and Singapore’s Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), among others.

Our Approach

We do not give safety guarantees. No one can promise an animal will travel without stress. What we do is reduce risk at every step. IATA-compliant crates. Experienced handlers. Correct documentation the first time, not after a costly revision.

We also know that the animal in question is not a package. It is a family member. Our guidance is written to reflect that: warm, practical, and honest about what is involved.

Who Writes Our Guides

Our route guides, country regulation pages, and airline policy content are researched and written by specialists with experience in international pet logistics. Every regulatory claim cites a named, dated official source. We update our guides when government portals change.

Regulatory sources we reference: Australian DAFF/BICON (2026), UK APHA (2026), USDA APHIS (2026), EU TRACES, Singapore AVS (2026), New Zealand MPI (2026), and official government portals for each destination country.
