Or that New Zealand inspectors can turn an animal away at the border if a single field on the health certificate has been filled in incorrectly? Some countries ban entire breeds. Others require import permits that take weeks to obtain. Some airlines won't carry flat-faced dogs at all, regardless of how healthy they are.
